Our Returns & Exchange Commitment

Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This gives you ample time to ensure your decorative trees, ornaments, partyware, and wreaths meet your holiday vision.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised or monogrammed ornaments (custom creations made specifically for you)
- Opened partyware sets where seals have been broken
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours, our customer care team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package your items in their original packaging, include your Return Authorization Number visible on the outside, and ship to:

Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing

Exchange Process
